Here are the answers to some of the most frequently asked question we are asked by our customers. If you still have a question which is not here please feel free to contact us.

Three to four weeks subject to the work required.

We will be happy to collect and then deliver your items back to you when the work has been completed. You can also deliver and collect items if you prefer.

Following any enquiry we will arrange to view the item, either at our workshop or at your home. This is free and puts clients under no obligation to go further with the process.

You will get an estimate of how much the work will cost, along with a condition report, when we have viewed the item.

We are happy to receive photos of your items. However very often will usually need to see the item in person to give accurate estimate.

Yes, we are very happy to give advice as part of our service.

We are happy to view anything, from single items to collections.

All items whilst in our care and at our premises are covered by our insurance.
